The Rolling Wave Guesthouse, a ten-bedroom, ten-bathroom property on Bayview Terrace, West End, Bundoran, is on sale for a price of €600,000.

Brought for sale by Conlan & Barrett Auctioneers, the property, which was constructed during the 1910s, was described as a “rare opportunity to acquire one of Bundoran’s historic houses.”

The listing continues: “This Victorian terraced property overlooking Bundoran Bay retains much of its original charm, including front facade, internal staircase, lofty ceilings and sea views.”

Set over four floors, the property includes an entrance hallway, a living/dining room, a kitchen, two ensuite bedrooms and a toilet on the ground floor, with five ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, and three ensuite bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a self-contained unit and a store on the lower level of the property.

There is a walled garden to the property’s rear that “adds privacy to this sun trap area,” which extends out to a private car park and garden that is accessed from Bayview Avenue.
