The woman was conveyed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of serious injuries. She was pronounced deceased yesterday evening.

Over 100 new jobs are expected to be created on the Gweedore Business Park, the DPP/DD has learned.
While no official announcement has been made in relation to the new jobs, reliable sources have said that the new company may be a contact centre.
It is understood that the inbound contact centre may have connections with a Manchester-based company who are now hoping to expand into the Gaeltacht area in west Donegal.
Last night, politicians remained tight-lipped in relation to the announcement. However, an announcement is expected over the coming days which would be a huge boost to the area.
