A woman in her thirties was conveyed to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained in an Inishowen collision on Monday afternoon.
Gardaí and emergency services attended a two-vehicle traffic collision that occurred at approximately 2:30pm on the R242 road at Malin.
A lorry and a motorcycle were involved in this collision, with the woman, the motorcyclist, taken to Letterkenny. No other injuries were reported. The R242 road remains closed at this time, and An Garda Síochána said investigations are ongoing.
