Foylegrange Developments was granted permission for 19 houses on the site in 2007
South Derry Reproduction ROI Limited is looking to construct 17 new houses and six new apartments on the outskirts of Culdaff village.
The Greencastle company is seeking to construct 23 residential units close to Stoneywood Estate. The development will consist of three ground-floor two-bedroom apartments, three first-floor two-bedroom apartments, five two-storey two-bedroom houses, 10 two-storey three-bedroom houses and two dwellings consisting of one-and-a-half-story four-bedroom houses.
Foylegrange Developments was granted permission for 19 houses on the site in 2007. In 2012, they were given an extension of duration on the application until 2017.
The development wasn’t built and now Shaun Craig, of South Derry Reproduction ROI Limited, is seeking outline permission for the development, as well as connection and upgrading of the existing treatment plant, which was approved under the previous application.

Outline permission is where a person applies to see if the local authority agrees in principle with a development. A separate application will need to be submitted to have the houses constructed.
Any submissions on the development can be made until June 5th. A decision by the planning authority is expected by June 26th.
