The houses are part of 35 homes that were previously granted planning permission by the planning authority in February 2006 to Paddy Curran. An extension of duration of five years was granted in 2011 until 2016.
As part of their application, Lemacrossan Investments wants to carry out repairs to the existing treatment system. The application includes connection to existing services and all associated site works.
A decision by the planning authority is expected by August 4th.
