Vehicle number plates stolen and blonde female driver sought in Inishowen

The theft occurred on Main Street in Muff on Monday at around 10:05am. The partial registration number of the stolen plates is ‘SJZ 46’

Vehicle number plates stolen and blonde female driver sought in Inishowen

Gardaí are seeking a blonde female driver who took vehicle number plates. 

The theft occurred on Main Street in Muff on Monday at around 10:05am. The partial registration number of the stolen plates is ‘SJZ 46’. 

A Silver Ford (possibly a Mondeo) entered the car park of a licensed premises and the female driver with blonde hair proceeded to remove the number plates of a car. The driver then proceeded to fix them onto her own car and then left in the direction of Quigley’s Point.

“We appeal to anyone who may have been in the area of Main Street, Muff or the Quigley’s Point road between 9.30am and 10.30am on that date with a dash-cam, to make the footage available to Gardaí,” Garda Grainne Doherty appealed. “Any relevant information should be passed on to Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540.”
