Inishowen Development Partnership (IDP) has launched a brand-new ‘Waste Less, Save More’ booklet aimed at helping households across Donegal cut down on food waste, save money, and adopt healthier, more sustainable food habits.
Packed with practical tips for managing food waste at home, the booklet also includes air fryer recipe ideas, simple meal planning advice, and much more, to help families get the most out of their food.

The informative pamphlet was developed by community food and nutrition workers Niamh Britton (IDP) and Donna McGettigan (DLDC), with support from Donegal County Council and Sláintecare Healthy Communities.
The new booklet will soon be available at Healthy Food Made Easy courses, IDP and DLDC offices, and local community venues, as well as online at www.inishowen.ie
