Scoil Mhuire Class of 1995 set to reunite for 30th anniversary

Past pupils of Scoil Mhuire in Buncrana who attended the school between 1990 and 1995 are being invited to step back in time later this month for a special reunion night.

The event will take place on Friday, 27th December, starting at 7pm, in OTB O’Flaherty’s, and promises to be a night filled with memories, laughter, and familiar faces. Music on the night will be provided by DJ Sheamy, who will be spinning classic tunes from the era to help recreate the soundtrack of the 1990s.

With free entry and an open invitation, organisers are encouraging former classmates to come along and reconnect under the theme #BringBackThe90s, taking everyone on a trip down memory lane. Teachers from that decade are also very welcome to attend.

A spokesperson for the reunion class of 1995 said the evening is about more than just music and socialising.

“Everyone is welcome — whether you bring a friend, a partner, or come along solo — and it will be great to catch up with some old friends and reminisce about our teenage years. It’s a chance to reconnect, share stories, and relive some great memories from our time in Scoil Mhuire.”
