Carndonagh Community School has once again demonstrated its strong commitment to student wellbeing and community support with a recent fundraising initiative.
Members of the school’s Student Support Team presented a cheque for €350 to Ms. Karen Duggan of Jigsaw Donegal, following a successful Staff Coffee Morning held during Wellbeing Week.
The event, organised as part of the school’s wider wellbeing activities, brought staff together in a relaxed and positive environment while raising vital funds for youth mental health services. The coffee morning proved to be a meaningful way to promote awareness around wellbeing while also supporting an important cause.
Jigsaw Donegal, a service dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of young people, expressed sincere gratitude for the donation from the Carndonagh school.
In a message of thanks, the organisation said: “A big thanks again to all at Carndonagh Community School for their recent donation to Jigsaw. We really appreciate your support.”
