Three days of classic machinery, live music and family fun from June 12-14
The Inishowen Vintage Show committee has announced details of this year’s 24th annual event, which will take place at Carrick Field, Moville, this weekend, from Friday, 12th June, to Sunday, 14th June.
Now firmly established as a popular fixture in the local calendar, the event continues to attract families, vintage enthusiasts, and visitors from across Inishowen and beyond for a weekend of entertainment, tradition, and community spirit.
The weekend programme will begin on Friday evening, June 12, with music by ‘One for the Road’, while Saturday night, June 13 will see the return of ‘The Two Bucks’, who made a strong impression as the support act at last year’s event.
The main vintage show will take place on Sunday, June 14, with attractions including threshing demonstrations, hundreds of vintage cars and tractors, trade stands, and a craft tent.
Popular features returning this year include lawnmower racing, the Poitín Makers, the tug-of-war competition, and Starfare Amusements. A monster bingo event will also be held in the marquee, while Michaela Harkin will provide live entertainment during the day.
Organisers said they are looking forward to welcoming people back to Moville for another memorable weekend.
“The Vintage Show is always a great community occasion and an important date in the local calendar,” a spokesperson said. “It brings people together from across the peninsula and beyond, and there is something for all ages to enjoy over the three days.”

A committee spokesperson added: “We are very grateful for the continued support we receive each year from local volunteers, exhibitors, the wider community, and especially from our main sponsor, Centra Moville.”
“That support means a great deal to us and plays a big part in making the weekend possible. We would encourage everyone to come along and enjoy what promises to be a great weekend for the whole community.”
