The Wellness Café will provide a relaxed, friendly space for people to connect
The Wellness Café is returning to Kernans in Ramelton this Thursday, September 4.
Milford & District Resource Centre shared: “Drop in anytime between 10.30am and 12.30pm and enjoy a relaxed, friendly space where you can connect, chat, and take part in activities designed to support your wellbeing.
“The café was created as a welcoming spot for people to meet new friends, share a laugh, and hear what’s happening in the local area.
“With a focus on mental wellness, it’s the perfect way to combat loneliness and enjoy a positive start to your day.
