Work on lighting system at Letterkenny's Dry Arch 'taking longer than anticipated'

The fault occurred on Friday, primarily affecting a number of lights on the Lifford-bound side

Works are continuing to identify and resolve the fault affecting a section of the public lighting network at the Dry Arch Roundabout in Letterkenny.

Due to the complexity of underground services in the area, repairs are taking longer than anticipated.

"It is expected that the works will take at least a further day to complete," Donegal County Council said. "Updates will be provided as progress continues."

The fault occurred on Friday, primarily affecting a number of lights on the Lifford-bound side.
