Letterkenny duo hit the jackpot in winning £10,000 in Celtic FC's Paradise Windfall

Letterkenny’s Marty McIntyre enjoyed his first ever trip to Celtic Park today - and left with much more than he had hoped for.

A group of Celtic supporters from the Central Bar are in Glasgow for the weekend and watched on as Tomas Cvancara and Benjamin Nygren scored the goals in either half for Martin O’Neill’s team in a 2-0 win in the William Hill Premiership against Falkirk.

In between those goals at half-time, Marty and Brian Kelly saw their number come up on the big screens at Parkhead to win Celtic FC’s Paradise Windfall draw and were presented with their prize of £10,000 on the pitch.

Marty and Brian will no doubt be footing the bill for the rest of the group from the Central Bar in Glasgow, where they are joined by Paddy Kelly, Joe McMonagle, Paull Neely, Dessie Lynagh, Jamie Lynagh, Barry McDaid, Dean Larkin and Rory Gallagher.

The Paradise Windfall is Celtic FC's official half-time draw, recognised as the largest of its kind in world football. Established in 1995, the draw is currently sponsored by Howden Insurance and serves to fund the Celtic Youth Academy, with net proceeds directly supporting the development of future player
