The NorthWest 10K Charity Lunch Fundraiser, sponsored by GoMart Store and organised by the Autism Family Support Group Letterkenny, was a great success, raising €1,333 for charity.
The event was well represented by public representatives, including Deputy Pearse Doherty TD, Deputy Padraig McLaughlin TD and Cllr Gerry McMonagle.
Minister Charlie McConalogue TD and Cllr Donal Mandy Kelly also sent their best wishes for the event, as they were unable to attend due to commitments.
Organising committee member Anil Ambat expressed special thanks to GoMart Letterkenny owners Saji Paul and Able Mathew, along with dedicated chefs Sumesh Cherian and Paul Joshy, for their generous support and tireless efforts in making the fundraiser such a success.

Special thanks were also extended to Autism Family Support Group members June Doherty and Lillianne for their excellent work in coordinating and managing the lunch delivery, ensuring the smooth running of the event.
The event was very well attended, with around 185 meals sold on the day. Deputy Doherty, Deputy McLaughlin and Cllr McMonagle congratulated the organisers and also expressed their support for autism families, acknowledging the challenges many families face and the importance of continued community and government support.
They also wished great success for the charity lunch fundraiser and the upcoming NorthWest 10K event. The organisers request everyone to support the upcoming NorthWest 10K event and its fundraisers, as the initiative benefits three much-needed local Donegal charities( Autism Family Support Group, Alcohol Forum Ireland and No Barriers foundations.
