A number of Garda community engagement meetings have been arranged within the Letterkenny Garda District over the coming days.
The meetings will take the form of an open forum and all are invited to attend.
Donegal gardai say this will be a great opportunity for us to receive feedback/queries from the public in relation to issues that matter to them and also for us to converse with members of our communities face to face.
Sergeant Paul Wallace (Divisional Crime Prevention Officer) will be in attendance to offer crime prevention advice. Local Community Policing Garda members will be there also.
Some topics for discussion include: The Policing plan for the area, Crime Prevention, local issues and community engagement.
Details of the meetings are as follows:
- Monday, January 23 -Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre, Gallows Lane, Lifford (F93WR22) at 7.30pm.
- Wednesday, January 25 - The Finn Valley Centre, Stranorlar at 10am.
- Monday, January, 30 – Station House Hotel, Letterkenny at 7pm.
