Plans have been lodged for the construction of eight new apartments in Letterkenny.
Developer PJ McDermott has sought planning permission for a site at College Farm Road, Glencar Road.
The proposed development would see the construction of four two-storey buildings.
Each building would house two apartments, giving a total of eight new apartments. The development also caters for connection to the main public sewer and all existing services.
Planning documents were submitted to Donegal County Council last week.
The local authorities say that a decision is due by June 27.
