Letterkenny shop sees a supermarket sweep of stolen goods

Gardaí are appealing for the assistance of the public regarding a recent shoplifting incident involving two women at a shop on the Circular Road, Letterkenny.

Two women entered the shop and proceeded to fill a trolley load of goods before leaving without paying for them in a red Skoda jeep. The incident of theft occurred on Sunday, January 28. 

“We are appealing to road users (who have a dash cam) who were in the Glencar/Circular Road area of Letterkenny on Sunday between 4pm and 4.30pm to make the footage available to us,” Garda Claire Rafferty said. 

“If anybody can assist with relevant information we ask them to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.”
