Some of Letterkenny has awoken to darkness this morning, Thursday.
The issue was at Ballyraine, which was reported at 7:22am, and expected to be rectified by 8:30am, impacting 736 customers, according to the ESB Power Check website.
Whilst some people saw their power restored just after 8am, an update said 383 customers were still affected and 11am was named as the time to the fix to be complete.
"We apologise for the loss of supply," the website says. "We are currently working to repair a fault affecting your premises and will restore power as quickly as possible.
