Frankie Fletcher, Buncrana
The death has occurred in Buncrana Community Hospital of Frankie Fletcher, 19 Cornmill Ave, Buncrana. Husband of the Late Anna RIP and husband of Carmel Fletcher. Dear father of Tracey and Joe, son of the late Joe and Bella Fletcher, Ferris Lane, Buncrana.

RIP Brother of Jim (Mary), Jeanette (David), Joseph (Mary),Canice (Evelyn), Anne and the late Charlie RIP. Sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family circle and friends.

Removal from McLaughlin’s funeral home Buncrana on Wednesday at 1pm going to his sister Anne’s residence St Oran’s Road, Buncrana. Funeral from there on Friday at 9.30am going to St Mary’s Oratory for 10am.

Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in Cockhill Cemetery. Requiem Mass can be viewed online at www.churchservices.tv.  viewing time from 1pm until 9pm on Wednesday and 11am until 9pm on Thursday 

Alana Harkin, Gleneely

The death has taken place of Alana Harkin, Falmore, Gleneely, F93 VW56.

Alana’s remains reposing at her home.

Funeral Mass on Friday November 10 at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Bocan, Culdaff, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Annmarie Campbell (née Gethins), Portnason, Ballyshannon
The sudden death has occurred of AnnMarie Campbell (nee Gethins), Portnason, Ballyshannon, F94 RW18. Predeceased by her father Seamus, missed dearly by her mother Loretta, her children Jamie and Shauna, their father Brian, her brothers and sisters Mary, Jimmy, Patricia, John Joe, Patrick, Loretta, Finbar and Gerry.

Sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and all extended family and friends.

Reposing at her family residence in Portnason, Ballyshannon, F94 RW18 on Wednesday from 3pm until 9pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St.Joseph's Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon for 11am Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. 

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Pieta house c/o John McGee & Sons Funeral directors or any family member. 

House private on the morning of the funeral please. 

Hannah McGuire (née McGinley), Doonalt, Glencolmcille
The death has occurred of Hannah McGuire, Doonalt, Glencolmcille, F94 R2K4, peacefully at Harbour Lights Nursing Home.

Predeceased by her husband John James and daughter Margaret.  Sadly missed by her daughters, Mary, Pauline and Geraldine, her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and son in law, Packie.

Remains reposing at her late residence. Removal on Wednesday morning for Funeral Mass at 11am at St Columba's Church, Cashel, Glencolmcille with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.  House Strictly Private on the morning of the Funeral.

Samuel (Sammy) Sheehan, Buncrana / Derry City, Derry
The sudden death has occurred of Samuel (Sammy) Sheehan, 2 Westbrook, Buncrana, formerly 16 Rathowen Park, Derry. Sammy is predeceased by his parents Eddie and Sadie, sister Nuala and brother Michael.

He will be sadly missed and never forgotten by his siblings Marian, Eugene, Eamonn, James, Donal, Martin, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his many friends.

Sammy's remains reposing at his home. Funeral on Thursday leaving at 10am going to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill, Buncrana with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/cockhill

Tamara Matviienko, Kilbeg, Kilcar and Ukraine

The sudden death has occurred of Tamara Matviienko, Kilbeg, Kilcar. Tamara is formerly from Ukraine and has been residing in south Donegal since October 2022.

Tamara's sudden passing is felt by her loving son Roman, his wife Inna, their son Danylo and daughter Anna.

Tamara's passing is deeply regretted and remembered by all those around them in Kilcar and south Donegal.

Reposed at McCabe's funeral home. Funeral service at 11am Wednesday, November 8, at St. Cartha's Church, Kilcar.

The Ukrainian/Irish and all of the community are invited to attend Tamara's funeral service on Wednesday at 11am.

Annie Boyle, Dr. Mc Closkey Cresent, Glenties

The death has occurred of Annie Boyle, Dr. Mc Closkey Cresent, Glenties and formerly Coolvoy, Doochary. Deeply regretted by relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposed at Shovlin's Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara, with removal last evening to St. Connell's Church Glenties, to repose overnight.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am with burial afterwards in Fintown Cemetery. 

Ciarán Gilcreest (Mac Giolla Chríost) of Hawthorn Heights, Letterkenny

The sudden death of Ciarán Gilcreest (Mac Giolla Chríost) of Hawthorn Heights, Letterkenny has sadly occurred.

Survived and forever missed by his loving parents Terry and Freda (Kilroe) Gilcreest, sisters Nicola, Hazel and Ërlaith (and partner Aaron), uncles and aunts Brody, Mike, Michael and Brigid, James and Lorna, Ann and Adrian, and Loretta, cousins Fiona, Deirdre, Michael, Michelle and Aoife, and his many, many friends – forever changed by his being here and by his being gone.

Reposed at the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny (F92 XE35) last evening where mourners were invited and most welcome to a celebration of Ciarán’s life. 

Private cremation on Wednesday, November 8 in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
