Donegal County Council has received a planning application for 12 new apartments in Stranorlar

Go ahead given for apart-hotel at Francis St in Dundalk

Planning permission has been sought for new apartments in Stranorlar.

Planning permission has been sought for the development of 12 new apartments in Stranorlar.

A planning application was submitted to Donegal County Council this week in respect of the proposed development.

Bradley & Doherty Properties Limited have applied for permission for the works at Millbrae, Stranorlar.

The developer is seeking to erect 12 apartments, a site entrance and car parking. The application also provides for connection to existing services and all associated site works.

The site in question is close to the Finn Valley Leisure Centre and St Mary's National School.

Donegal County Council say that a decision on the application is due by June 5, 2024.
