Godfrey O'Donnell, Ardara
The death has occurred at Donegal Hospice of Godfrey O'Donnell, Main Street, Ardara. Deeply regretted by his loving family, brother Brendan (U.S.A) and sister Nancy.
Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
His remains will repose at Shovlins Funeral Home, Sandfield tomorrow, Thursday evening, from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral from there on Friday morning to The Cemetery at the Church of The Holy Family, Ardara for burial at 11am in the family plot.
Sr. Brigid McGowan, Ballyshannon / Kinlough, Leitrim
The death has occurred peacefully of Sr. Brigid McGowan, in the her 98th year, at St. Macartan's Nursing Home, Clogher, Co. Tyrone and the Sisters of Mercy, St. Catherine's Convent, Ballyshannon, formerly Kinlough, Co. Leitrim.
Predeceased by her parents Terence and Brigid, her sister Mary and brother Terence.
Sadly, missed by St. Catherine's Mercy Community, Ballyshannon and the wider Mercy Community of the Northern Province and by her cousin Connie and her husband Kevin, cousin Ann McKeown and all extended family.
Remains reposing at St. Catherine's Mercy Convent Chapel, Ballyshannon on Thursday, April 18 from 3pm to 6pm.
Funeral mass will be in St. Catherine's Convent Chapel, Ballyshannon on Friday, April 19, at 11am, followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery.
Michael Boyle, Dublin, formerly of Fanad Lighthouse and Greenogue
The death has occurred of Michael Boyle, Newcastle, Co. Dublin, formerly of Whitehall Road, Walkinstown and Fanad Lighthouse and late of Aachener International, Greenogue. April 16, 2024, peacefully surrounded by his loving family, at Tallaght University Hospital, beloved husband of Maureen and dear father of Michael and Katherine.
Pre-deceased by his brother Brian. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, sisters Sheyla, Cáit, Áine and Moya, Katherine’s partner Bart, daughter-in-law Denise, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Ella, Theo, Mia, Lucy and Christopher, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, 3 Main Street, Tallaght Village, D24 NY65, (opposite The Priory).
Removal on Saturday to the Church of the Holy Family, Rathcoole arriving for 11am Mass.

Sr. Claudine (Teresa) Mc Ennis, Knock / Kiltimagh, Mayo / Kilconly, Galway / Bundoran
The death has occurred of Sr. Claudine (Teresa) McEnnis, St Louis Sisters, peacefully at the Sonas Nursing Home, Knock and formerly of Milltown, Co. Galway and Ard Lughaidh Secondary School, Bundoran (past teacher).
Predeceased by her brothers, Fr. Frank, Fr. Tom, Paddy, Joe, Kevin, Jarlath and Brendan and her sisters Sr. Felicity and Vera. She will be dearly missed by her sister Eithne and her husband Jerry Hughes, her nieces and nephews, her St. Louis Sisters and her many friends.
Reposing at the O’Hora Funeral Home, Kiltimagh, F12 Y1F7 on Thursday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday in the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh at 12 noon with burial at approximately 2pm in Kilconly Cemetery, Milltown, Co. Galway.

Annie O'Donnell, Milford
The death has occurred of Annie O'Donnell, Carrownaganonagh and Cashleenan, Milford. Peacefully in Glasgow. Dearly loved mother of Ronan and dear sister of Manus, Margaret (McClafferty) and Daniel. Pre-deceased by her daughter Eileen.
Annie's remains will be received into St. Brigid's Church, Golan, Milford, on Thursday evening April 18 at 7.30pm to repose overnight.
Funeral Mass at 12 noon on Friday April 19 followed by interment in Milford Cemetery. Family flowers only.
Deeply regretted by her sorrowing son, brothers, sister, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
Teresa Callaghan, Newtowncunningham
The peaceful death has occurred of Teresa Callaghan, Colehill, Newtowncunningham at Letterkenny University Hospital on Tuesday April 16 2024.
Deeply missed by her sisters Mary Rainey (England) and Margaret Holroyd (England), God-children, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.
Teresa is predeceased by her parents Johnny and Mary, brothers Patsy and Colm and sisters Philomena Hart, Lily Rodgers, Veronica Murphy and Joan Lyne.
Teresa’s remains are reposing at her late residence on Wednesday, April 17, and Thursday, April 18, from 12noon until 11pm with Rosary both nights at 9pm.
Funeral from there on Friday, April 19, at 10.30am going to All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/newtowncunningham.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Family time on the morning of the funeral please.

The death has occurred at Letterkeny University Hospital of Desmond Doherty (Suzie), Pound Street, Carndonagh.
Much loved brother of Carmel, Hugh P, Noel, Teresa, Kathleen and the late Elizabeth. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, his wider family circle and friends.

The death has occurred of Patsy McCauley Keenaghan, Belleek, Co Fermanagh. Beloved husband of Dolores and devoted father to Matthew.
Suddenly, Tuesday, April 16 2024. Predeceased by his parents William & Sarah. Patsy will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Dolores, son Matthew (Aideen), brothers Liam & Brendan, sisters in law, nieces, nephews & large circle of family & friends.

Michael Farmer, Ballyshannon
The death has occurred of Michael Farmer, Cloughbally, Ballyshannon.
Peacefully at his residence in the loving care of his family and friends after a short illness.
Predeceased by his wife Mary and his sister Carol.
Deeply regretted by his sister Betty. Forever remembered by his loving family, dear friends and neighbours.
Michael shall be reposing at his late residence this evening from 6-9pm and on Wednesday from 12noon to 9pm. Walk through only.

The death has occurred of Adrian Ignatius Kelly, Ballsbridge, Dublin, formerly Gortahork. He died peacefully in the wonderful care of St. Vincent’s Hospital on April 15 2024.
Beloved husband of the late Ita, very sadly missed by his daughters Sorka, Maria, Clora and Katie, sons-in-law Helge, Gar and Geoff and Sorka’s partner Malcolm, his adored grandchildren Isa, Sadie, Louis, Zachary, Connor, Peter and Otto, hs brother Paul, sisters-in-law Madge and Carmel, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Requeim Mass will take place at St. Mary’s Church, Haddington Road on Thursday morning, April 18, at 10am followed by burial at Gortahork Cemetery, Donegal arriving at 5 pm.

The death has occurred of Joseph Doherty, Owenagadrash, Crossroads, Killygordon, F93 KV25.
Beloved husband of the late Dorothy, and much loved father of Martin, Margaret, Mary and the late James, cherished brother of the late Mary, Margaret, Seamus and Patsy.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his son, daughters, daughters in law Kate and Wendy, son in law Patrick, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Remains reposing at the home of his daughter Margaret at Owenagadrash, Crossroads, Killygordon F93 KV25. Funeral leaving from his daughter’s home on Thursday April 18 at 10.20 am for Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church Crossroads, Killygordon at 11am.

Catherine Veronica (Vonnie) Leyden (née Bonner), Drumkeen
The peaceful death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Catherine Veronica (Vonnie) Leyden, née Bonner, Augheygault, Drumkeen.
Predeceased by her husband Terry, sister Molly, brother Kevin and sister-in-law Mary. Loving mother of sons Derek and Paul, daughter Sharon, son-in-law Derrick and daughter-in-law Rena. Devoted grandmother of Ella, Ben, Tara and Paris. Vonnie will be deeply missed by her sister Deirdre and the wider Leyden and Bonner families.
Her remains are reposing at her late residence. House private please to family and close friends at the request of the deceased.
Funeral leaving from there on Thursday April 18 at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Drumkeen followed by interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
