Projects are underway for Ramelton, Milford and Rathmullen. Wastewater network upgrade projects are progressing at Ballybofey/Stranorlar and Buncrana.

A €29.5m project to upgrade wastewater infrastructure at Mountcharles, Kilmacreenan and Carrigart is progressing well and due to be completed in 2026. Significant upgrades to water treatment plants are underway at Glenties, Ardara, Illies/Buncrana, Lettermacaward and Killybegs. An upgrade to the Milford Water Treatment Plant will commence this year.

Countywide network management, Find & Fix and Leakage Reduction Programme works are improving drinking water quality and supply across the county.

Leakage reduction projects were successfully completed in Dunfanghy, Clonmany and Tobair Caoin/Salt Pans and are ongoing in Manorcunningham, Carnatreantagh, and Coole Upper to Cranford. Network and pumping station improvements are also being delivered to alleviate pressure on wastewater services across County Donegal.
