Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision at Augheygault Big, Drumkeen.
The single vehicle collision occurred at approximately 5.34am on Monday, October 14.
A garda spokesperson said: “The driver sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries.
“The vehicle involved had been travelling from Convoy towards Letterkenny at the time of the collision.
“We appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the collision to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074 9167100.
“If anybody was on that route around that time and they had a dash cam, we ask them to make the footage available to us.”
