Norah O’Hara was the first baby born at Letterkenny University Hospital in 2025.
Norah, weighing 8lb 10oz, was welcomed into the world at 8.30am on New Year’s Day.
Letterkenny couple Sharon and Lee O’Hara were joined by their other two daughters, Holly (6) and Belle (3).
“Everyone is doing great and we are absolutely delighted,” proud dad Lee told Donegal Live.
A short time after Norah’s arrival, Niamh and Eric Roberts welcomed a bouncing baby boy at 9.06am, weighing 6lb 3oz.

“Mother and son doing amazing,” doting dad Eric, a social media personality, said on Instagram.
