There are plans for the construction of 38 new housing units in Muff.

Developer Laurence McColgan has sought planning permission from Donegal County Council.

Mr McColgan has applied for permission to build nine new semi-detached houses and eight new apartments. He is also planning to put four duplex blocks on the site.

The proposed development is for a site bounded by Kilerry Lane and Main Street, Muff.

The application provides for associated site works and public services connections.
