The net which was seized by fisheries officers
Inland Fisheries Ireland officers have seized a fishing net in the Killybegs area.
Officers were on patrol when they found the net hidden in a hedge close to the Stragar River.
The net was seized, “preventing harm to aquatic life”, IFI says.
A probe into the matter is ongoing.
