Members of the local Bar put the event together at Castlegrove House in Letterkenny to coincide the Supreme Court’s first sitting in Donegal.
On Monday, April 28, the Supreme Court heard a case in Letterkenny courthouse in a historic moment for the county.
Mr Justice Donal O’Donnell, the Chief Justice, was in attendances for Tuesday’s dinner.
Mr Justice O’Donnell was joined by Supreme Court colleagues Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne, Ms Justice Iseult O’Malley, Mr Justice Seamus Woulfe, Mr Justice Gerard Hogan, Mr Justice Brian Murray, Mr Justice Maurice Collins and Ms Justice Aileen Donnelly.
Circuit Court Judges John Aylmer and Simon McAleese and District Court Judges Éiteáin Cunningham and Sandra Murphy were present.

The sun scorched down on Castlegrove House in Letterkenny for the function, which also attended by a large number of local barristers and solicitors.
