Donegal’s country stars Margo and Shunie combine for new duet

Country music star, Margo O’Donnell is teaming up with Donegal-based songwriter Shunie Crampsey to release a new duet entitled All I Need Is Your Sweet Lovin’.

The song was written by Crampsey, who was praised by his collaborator, Margo, as they worked together on the new track.

Margo commented: “Once in a while, someone comes into a person’s life who you admire and feel proud to call their friend. Shunie Crampsey is one such person.

“I love his songwriting and singing. When Shunie asked me to do this duet, I was honoured.”

Songwriter Shunie said he had never dreamed that he would have had the honour of recording one of his songs with Margo O’Donnell.

He stated: “I wrote this song and was delighted when Margo agreed to duet with me on it. Thinking back to all those years ago when as a teenager going to her shows and listening to her records.”

Margo, also known as The Queen of Country and Irish, has sold over one million records, performing with Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton over her nearly six-decade-long career.
