Winners from the Oceanic Awards’ eighth Irish Hair and Beauty Awards 2025 in Galway
Donegal was well represented at the Oceanic Awards’ eighth Irish Hair and Beauty Awards 2025: Chapter 3.
The Hair Studio Excellence of the Year was awarded to Patrick Gildea Hairdressing in Letterkenny and Cara Organic Beauty Spa at Lough Eske Castle took the Spa of the Year crown.
Recognised for Excellence was Eileen's Unisex Hair Salon, Killybegs, in the Hairdresser of the Year category and Outstanding Achievement went to Elle Hairdressing from Letterkenny in Hairdressing Team of the Year.
Aine's Inspiration was named Local Beauty Salon. The Semi / Permanent Make Up Specialist of the Year title went to Charlene Green Makeup and Phi Brows, Buncrana, and the best Local Beauty Salon was Aine's Inspirations, Donegal Town. In the Massage Specialists of the Year, the Outstanding Achievement went to Chada Thai Therapy Donegal Town.

So Gel Nails, Ballyshannon, was given the Beauty Salon of the Year award and in the same field, Buncrana’s DK Beauty was Recognised for Excellence.
The awards recognise the best of the best in the hair and beauty industry in Ireland. They will acknowledge the hard work, dedication, creativity, and customer service of the talented individuals and businesses that operate in the industry.
This year, the awards have been split into three chapters due to the deep talent pool of excellent and talented professionals in Ireland. Chapter 3 spotlights the salons and individuals that operate across the Connaught Region as well as Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal.
