Most people talk about scaling a business however very few have actually done it.
The Donegal Dublin Business Network (DDBN) will host “Building a Billion Euro Business” on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Grand Canal Hotel, Dublin 4.
This exclusive networking dinner will hear Donegal man Donagh Kelly, CEO of Circet Ireland and UK, alongside mentor Bart McEnroe, as they share the lessons, decisions, and leadership principles behind building a billion-euro business from the ground up.
You will hear real-life insights into scaling a business internationally, lessons in leadership & culture, resilience, and decision-making at the highest level. The DDBN event will be hosted by Newstalk broadcaster Andrea Gilligan, ensuring an engaging and insightful evening.

Speaking ahead of the event, Donagh Kelly said: “This isn’t about theory or textbook business advice, it’s about discussing real life strategies that helped grow the Circet business.
“On the night, people will gain insights into how the business was grown from inception, the tools that were used to help craft the direction, and the core principles that were adopted and which remain key to company.
“Hopefully the discussion will ignite some back to basics thinking and energise some of the audience to relook at their own strategies for growth”.
In addition to the main discussion, DDBN members will have the opportunity to showcase their businesses on the night through a limited number of exhibition spaces.
