Ballyshannon court house
Two men, who were detected on Rossnowlagh Beach in breach of Covid regulations last year, were fined a total of €100, at Ballyshannon District Court.
Sean McDermott, 22, of Swanlinbar Road, Enniskillen and Aaron Mitchell,19, of Lanard, Ballinamore, County Leitrim both pleaded guilty to being outside the 5km on May 2 last year.
Fixed Penalty Notices were issued but were not paid.
Defence Solicitor Tom MacSharry said they were two young men who went to the beach on a warm day, and they should have known better.
