ALERT: Consumers alerted as famous rice pudding brand recalled due to presence of ‘plastic’ in its products

Consumers who have been eating products of the brand Ambrosia have been alerted as plastic pieces have been found in some batches.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has served a notice on various batches of Ambrosia products due to the “possible presence of plastic pieces”.

The FSAI advised that the concerned products are the following: Ambrosia My Mini Rice, My Mini Custard and My Mini 30% Less Sugar Custard.

“Recall notices will be displayed at point-of-sale,” added the FSAI.

According to them, retailers are requested to remove the implicated batches from sale and display recall notices at point-of-sale.

They have advised consumers not to eat the implicated batches.
