A man is due before the courts after a garda raid uncovered a haul of crack cocaine and cannabis.
Gardaí from the DMR North Central Divisional Drugs Unit carried out a search of a house in Dublin 1 on Thursday and seized approximately €157,000 worth of drugs.
The search uncovered approximately €100,000 of cannabis and €57,000 of crack cocaine.
The drugs seized have been sent for further analysis.
A man in his 40s was arrested and detained at a Garda Station in Dublin under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1996.
He has since been charged and is due before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Friday afternoon.
