It could be you! Lucky lotto player wins over €2 million in latest jackpot draw
The search is on for Ireland's newest millionaire as one lucky player scooped up €2,274,988 in the latest Lotto jackpot.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning ticket for Wednesday night's jackpot was bought in County Kerry. The Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw.
The exact store location where the winning ticket was bought will be revealed on Friday, 21 February.
The lucky player has become the third Lotto jackpot winner of 2025 and the fifth National Lottery millionaire so far this year.
The good news didn't stop there as a Mayo player is also celebrating a huge win after matching 5 numbers and the bonus to win an envious prize of €108,809.

The lucky Quick Pick ticket was also bought on the day of the draw and it was sold from Casey's Londis in Balla, Main Street, Castlebar.
The winning numbers from Wednesday night's draw were 2, 27, 28, 29, 38, 44 and the bonus was 20.
The National Lottery has urged all players in Kerry and Mayo to check their tickets carefully. If you were one of the lucky players, you can contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to collect your cash!
Commenting on the fantastic wins in the latest draw, National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O'Dwyer said: "We are delighted to announce Ireland’s newest millionaire has won an astonishing €2,274,988 in last night’s Lotto draw. This is the third Lotto Jackpot Winner of 2025, as last night’s Jackpot win in Co. Kerry comes hot on the heels of last week’s Lotto Jackpot win in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
"In total over 55,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws last night, including our Lotto jackpot winner and the Mayo player who won €108,809 after matching 5 numbers and the bonus."
