Dungloe family have enjoyed peace since "conditions" were set by court

A 65-year-old Dungloe man who has admitted to harassing a local family has had his case adjourned to February 14th for the benefit of furnishing the court with updated reports.

John McGrotty, 65, of St. Peter’s Terrace, Chapel Road, Dungloe was present in court on Monday morning.

Representing McGrotty, solicitor Patsy Gallagher, said that bail conditions had been adhered to and that the McEniff family had enjoyed peace since "conditions" were put in place.

Mr McGrotty who is hard of hearing was remanded under the supervision of the probation services and told to comply with their directions.
