The sun may be shining and the rain may have eased but it isn't time to tuck the hot water bottle away yet as Met Éireann forecast chilly temperatures for tonight.
It will be dry for much of tonight with clear skies. However, it will turn very cold and frosty, away from western coastal margins. Cloud will increase from the west overnight which will gradually help to clear the frost from western parts.
Lowest temperatures of -2 to 0 degrees generally; though up to 4 or 5 along parts of the west coast.
