Donegal swimmers Cora Rooney and Cody Dunnion are part of a 17-strong Irish team that will compete at the 23rd edition of the Luxembourg Euro Meet this weekend.
Ballyshannon woman Rooney, who swims for Enniskillen Lakelanders Swimming Club and Milford's Dunnion, who competes for Bangor Swimming Club, are among the Irish hopefuls.
Rooney trains out of the Finn Valley Leisure Centre. She is coached by her mother, Sinead Donagher, and was part of Swim Ireland’s Performance Pathway (PP) cohort in 2022.
Dunnion, a former Swilly Seals member, was last year selected for the National Performance Pathway Programme.

The team includes swimmers such as Victoria Catterson, Erin Riordan, Olympian, Finn McGeever, and several other international swimmers, who have represented Ireland at both senior and junior level.
Also featuring over the weekend for the first time this year will Daniel Wiffen, the current European Short Course Record Holder (800m Freestyle) will look to continue his outstanding form into 2023.
