Hannah Murray and the Ireland 4x400m relay team have qualified for the final at the European Under-20 Championships.
In Wednesday morning’s semi-final, the Irish quartet finished third in a season’s best 3:39.02.
Finn Valley AC’s Murray ran the second leg at the Givat Ram Stadium in Jerusalem.
France won in 3:38.21 with Czech Republic second in 3:28.83.
Murray’s family and her coach, Rosemary Finn, are in Jerusalem to cheer her on. They will be back in the stadium for Thursday’s final.
Murray won gold and silver at the recent National Juvenile Championships in Tullamore.
She took gold in the 400m in 56.68 seconds, followed by silver in the 200m, edged out of top spot by a torso on the line by Aobh Forde.
