Dunlevy and Meehan part of the Irish team for the Road World Championships in Zurich

Dunlevy aims to keep her strong performance going after Paralympic triumph, while Meehan bolsters a strong U-23 men's squad following a stellar season

Dunlevy and Meehan part of the Irish team for the Road World Championships in Zurich

Katie-George Dunlevy and Jamie Meehan have been selected Irish squad set to compete at the UCI Road World Championships in Zurich later this month. 

In the Para-cycling Dunlevy will be looking to add to her recent success. She claimed her third consecutive Women’s B Individual Time Trial Paralympic title at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.  

Dunlevy will be looking to retain her World title with pilot Linda Kelly.  

At U-23 level, Mountcharles man Meehan has been going through a brilliant year after he won the Irish U-23 title last summer and has been building his career in France with the CC Etupes team, joining them last January.  

Darren Rafferty, Odhran Doogan, Dean Harvey, Aaron Wade, and Jamie Meehan form an impressive team for the U-23 men's race.
