O’Regan of St John’s AC in County Clare was first across the line for the third time, adding to his wins in both 2022 and 2023, with a time of 50:39. Second went to Kyle Doherty of City of Derry AC Spartans with 51:10 and Omagh Harriers' Eoin Mullan made it back with a time of 52:09 for third place. Kieran Regan and Peter Touhey made up the top five.
Omagh Harriers won the team event, ahead of Tír Chonaill AC and Keep Er Lit.
Ní Mhaolagáin from Rosses managed to win with 1:00:34, ahead of Raheny Shamrocks' Fiona Stack in 1:01:29 and Aimee Mullin, with 1:02:18, was third in the Galbally Runners' bib. Tír Chonaill AC's Ciara Cunningham and Elaine McGuckian were fourth and fifth respectively.
Galbally Runners were the female team winners, with Rosses AC second and third went to Keep Er Lit. For full results, please click here
