Liam Grant and Jayden Whelan will compete for the Irish Cadet title

Buncrana kick boxer Liam Grant will take to the ring again as a main card event on the Heat 11 fight show at the Shantallow Community Centre in Derry on November 29.

Liam has already achieved remarkable success in his young career as a double Irish Champion and a European Champion, and has proudly placed third on the world stage in his category.

Now, he takes centre stage in Derry, a few miles from his doorstep, as he goes for the Irish Cadet Title, which promises to be one of the most exciting local fight nights of the year as he faces Jayden Whelan.

There will also be a bus leaving Buncrana on the night for anyone looking to come and support the local lad for an evening that promises to be full of great fights, incredible energy, and an amazing community atmosphere.

Supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on the Inishowen fighter so close to home, and tickets are on sale now and can be got online through the club or by contacting Liam or his mother, Kirsty.
