Proposals submitted for four apartments in Sallaghagraine area of Letterkenny
Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of a building containing four apartments in Letterkenny.
The listed applicant, Eamon Doherty, has submitted the application for the one-bedroom apartments, which are planned to be located in the Sallaghagraine area of Letterkenny, directly opposite Letterkenny Leisure Centre.
Within the planning rationale, it was stated: “The proposal represents the sustainable redevelopment of an existing brown field site within the urban area of Letterkenny and has been designed to provide high-quality residential accommodation while making efficient use of existing infrastructure.”
Donegal County Council has yet to announce a decision-due date for the submitted planning application.
