Ellis Farrar’s time at Finn Harps has come to an end.

The English teenager was on at Harps from Stockport County, but a recent injury has cut short his spell in Ballybofey.

Farrar joined Harps in February and the defender made 17 appearances, 16 of which were in the First Division. His last game was the 1-0 defeat by Longford Town on August 25.

Before he was snapped up by Stockport in 2022 he played for non-league sides Guisley and Tadcaster.

EFL League Two club Stockport County confirmed the return of Farrar saying: “Ellis’ loan spell with the club came to an end last week, with the youngster returning to Edgeley Park after sustaining a hamstring injury.”
