Harps have been drawn in group 1 with Shelbourne, Bohemians, Bray Wanderers and Wexford. Group 2 comprises Dundalk, Derry City, Cork City and Sligo Rovers.
The Finn Harps squad is: David Crawford, Daniel O’Reilly, Meg Carr, Hughie Sweeney, Shaun McCosker, Kealin Doherty, Anna Hennessy, Leanne Kelly.
Harps are managed by Tony McNamee and Danny Ferry and will be aiming to take home the new Cairdeas Cup.
In early June, Harps were crowned champions when coming out on top at the Gormanston Sports Complex in County Meath.

Harps comprehensively saw off Dundalk in the decider to take the cup back up to Donegal and the squad was paraded at half-time of Thursday evening's game against Kerry FC at Finn Park.
The initiative is a collaboration between the FAI Football For All programme and the League of Ireland via the Club’s Football and Social Responsibility (FSR) Officers and provides players with Down Syndrome countrywide with an opportunity to line out for their local League of Ireland clubs.
