Home comforts yet again for Fanad United in FAI Junior Cup last-eight draw  

Fanad United will once again be back at Traigh-A-Loch for the FAI Junior Cup semi-finals

Fanad United have once again landed a home draw as they look forward to hosting  Fairview Rangers in the FAI Junior Cup last-eight.

Arthur Lynch’s side needed penalties to overcome Waterford’s Tramore AFC at Traigh-A-Loch on Sunday after the contest had ended goalless following extra-time.

Fairview seen off Mervue United on Sunday to make the quarter-finals. The winners of Fanad and Fairview will go away from home in the semi-finals, going up against the winners of Dublin sides Old County/ Lucan or Limerick’s Janeboro.

The quarter-finals are down for consideration on Sunday, March 9, with the semi-finals due to be played on Sunday, March 30.
