Donegal native Amber Barrett left distressed after Ireland's defeat on Tuesday
Two Donegal players, Amber Barrett and Tyler Toland, featured in Ireland's heavy 4-0 defeat to Slovenia in the Women's Nations League, with Barrett starting the match and Toland coming off the bench.
Despite Ireland being ranked higher than Slovenia, the hosts dominated from the third minute. Lara Prasnikar opened the scoring early, and she added a second before Kramžar struck to make it 3-0 just six minutes later.

Ireland struggled to break down Slovenia’s defence, with captain Katie McCabe in an advanced role failing to make a significant impact.
Denise O’Sullivan was denied by a save from Slovenian keeper Zala Mersnik, while Slovenia continued to control the game after the break. A fourth goal came in the 82nd minute from substitute Nina Kajzba, sealing the win for Slovenia.
The result leaves Ireland with work to do as they head into upcoming matches against Greece, Turkey, and Slovenia, while Slovenia now looks set for promotion to League A.
