Keadue Rovers won for the first time since their return to the Donegal Women's League on Monday night in St Johnston.
Following on from their 0-0 draw on weekend one at Lagan Harps, where they won the penalty shoot that followed 4-3, Keadue were 3-1 winners at Station Road, having joined the competition this season.
Erika Hanna, pictured below, had the honour of becoming Keadue women’s team’s first ever goalscorer since their return following a 20-year absence when she lobbed the opening goal on 46 minutes.
Then, five minutes later, Caroline Sharkey found the net with a fine left foot strike. Debutant Serena McCrossan pulled one back for the home side from the penalty spot before Chloe Murphy added a third for Keadue with eight minutes to play.
