Former Finn Harps manager Dave Rogers
Former Finn Harps manager Dave Rogers has taken up a new role at Coventry City.
Rogers is the Youth Development Phase (YDP) and U15/16 Lead Coach at The Sky Blues.
The 49-year-old was appointed as the successor to Ollie Horgan at Finn Harps in late 2022, but stepped away from the role in September 2023 following a 5-1 loss to Cobh Ramblers.
Last June, Rogers signed a two-year contract at Balzan in the Maltese Premier Division, but left the job in December.
The Liverpudlian played for a range of clubs including Shelbourne, Dundee, Derry City, Carlisle United and Southport.
He has worked for Liverpool FC's international academy and he joined Harps having been the Under-21 manager at Premier League outfit Nottingham Forest.
Rogers, who has a UEFA Pro Licence holder, said of his appointment at Coventry: “To be tasked with the development and progression of such an important age group is a fantastic honour for me personally, and a proud and privileged moment for my family.

“The welcome I have received from everyone at the Academy and club from the moment I arrived has been amazing, and to be part of an already established and authentic group of people and staff is inspiring and encouraging.”
