Carl McHugh will stay for another season at Indian Super League club ATK Mohun Bagan.

The 29-year-old Lettermacaward man moved to India in 2019 after a spell in Scotland with Motherwell.

ATK finished third in the ISL last season and head coach Juan Ferrando has been busy preparing for the next campaign.

Florentin Pogba, the elder brother of Paul Pogba, has been recruited from Ligue 2 club FC Sochaux-Montbeliard.

The services of McHugh, Kiyan Nassiri and Ravi Rana have been secured.

McHugh was on the books of Reading, Bradford City and Plymouth Argyle before signing for SPL side Motherwell in 2016.

He became the club captain at Fir Park, but opted to move to India in May, 2019.

Last season, McHugh played 16 times for ATK Mohun Bagan.
