South Donegal Cafe to support those living with dementia set to open

The cafe is an event with specialist guest speakers, aimed at supporting those living with dementia
A new Memory Cafe event is planned to open in Bundoran.
Those living with dementia, along with family members or friends and the general public, are invited to The Great Northern Hotel in Bundoran on Wednesday, October 7, from 10 am to 2 pm.
Dr. Catherine Dolan, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Dr. Joseph Doyle, Specialist Registrar in Psychiatry, will be guest speakers on the day, which was set up by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who covers South Donegal.
The cafe aims to support and provide company to those living with dementia, and Mena McGill, Dementia Adviser for South Donegal, will also be in attendance.
